I was getting tired of the metal muffin baking pans so decided to give these a whirl. Metal was a struggle to clean. Metal nonstick is not real when I'd try to clean the very bottoms of the muffin circle. These still need to be Pam'ed or buttered prior to baking. I thought no problem if I do that maybe the cleaning will be easier. Not. At least with the metal it's easier to put in the oven with one hand, these roll down unless you use 2 hands holding both sides. And metal is better when cleaning because at least there is some stabilization when scrubbing in the bottom of the sink. These aren't a turn over and all the muffins beautifully drop out. I have to use a pate knife to circle around EACH muffin then scoot under till it pops out. Also, over the months I've had them and had to Pam spray, there is gook building up on the handle sides. I've scrubbed and scrubbed and can only get so much off. It's sticky, it annoys me. Would not purchase these again.
